• A:  The duration of treatment can last up to to twelve months. Height increase is a slow process and requires time & sincere effort and no overnight miracles should be expected.

• Q:  What precautions will I have to take while undergoing this treatment?
• A:  Do not eat raw onion, garlic.
  Do not drink coffee. Avoid smoking.
  Keep medicines away from strong smelling objects like perfumes, odonil, moth repellent etc.
  Keep medicines in original container.
  Consume medicines with the help of paper or bottle cap; do not touch them with bare hands.
  Keep the container of medicine closed. As homoeopathic medicines are in the base of alcohol, they tend to evaporate.
  Do not eat or drink anything half an hour before and after, while taking the medicines.
  Keep mouth clean when consuming medicine.

• Q:  What is a package of three months? What shall I receive when I order first three months treatment?
• A:  In a three months package (first package) you receive:
  Twenty five doses.

  Yoga chart
  Instruction letter on how to take medicines and on diet and exercises.
• Q:  Is yoga and stretching exercises compulsory?
